It is my great pleasure to present this handbook, "Professional Football Club Management, leadership for commercial success." As someone with a passion for football and business, I am excited to share my experiences and knowledge with others.

My journey in football began during my studies in Sports Management, which ultimately led me to co-founding the International Football Business Institute and launch the International Postgraduate Course in Football Business at the University of Brussels where I gained a unique perspective on modern football club management.

My work at City Football Group and my time as the Chief Operations Officer at Lommel SK provided me with valuable practical experiences in the industry, which I have combined with my own research and expertise to create this handbook.

This handbook is intended for those seeking a better understanding of the commercial side of professional football clubs and for industry professionals looking to develop growth strategies or perform an audit of their club's current commercial operations.
